Well for some of the newer traceurs you might be thinking what is solo training. Well solo training is training on your own.
Solo training is a great way to develop self confidence, improve on what you want to improve on. Also its a great time to explore and try new things.
All the highly talented traceurs such as: Daniel Ilabeca, David Belle, Gin and Owen will solo train. Also there are lots more traceurs around the world that will solo train.
In this thread you could ask for other opinions on solo training. What people have gained from solo training, and just a general discussion on solo training.
**Please keep thread on subject**

all i can say is what seb said, when you have a fear of something when training, solo training is the best way to find out why you fear it

** see you have gone completely off subject again. You do it every time. **
**BACK ON SUBJECT**
Yesterday i did a small bit of solo training it was quiet different. You see things that you don't usually see. More opportunities to try different movements.
Also some things look bigger when you are not with other people, and other things look smaller.
I find that when training with other people you will find a big prescion look at it and decided that you can't do it. When solo training you will look at it and contemplate on it for a while. Then the result is normally you actually doing it.

[glow=lime,2,300]hehe as noone is using this thread..i thought i'd just say solo training is much much better....you already knew that just thought you'd like another opinion...
as some of have already said...you build more confidence..cos when you're with your mates or other traceurs..you tend to prove things for them and not yourself..think it's called 'peer pressure' -not sure if that's the right word...
In addition to that your concentration increases hell loads! (well for me it does) cause if you miss the jump and you get really badly injured there won't be anyone to call the ambulance....but obviously if you realise your limits and respect the danger..then you are not really going to get injured.
Jams are good too! it allows you to see other traceurs and in some cases might inspire you to strive harder/ train harder. It's also a great way to make new friends! and meet interesting people...just make sure you know where and who you are going to meet.

*Edit* sorry about the typo's i realise they're there after i post-

[glow=lime,2,300]Hey thanks there Crawty! Yeah and you're right about what you said Zen! Think it's your sub-concious making things seem less dangerous than they are cos you really wanna impress your friends... [/glow]
