yeah, you'll get off at one side, and right next to you will be SEEC (the bubble building) walk along, and there'll be some stairs to your left (before the gates) go down them, and across, and you'll be on the other side of the station. presto!

how can you get lost?!
erm, brad probably will, i'm not.
Ok, go into basildon station, ask for a return to southend central. Get onto the platform on the left side (2 i think)
get on the train, you should go past pitsea, benfleet, leigh on sea, chalkwell and westcliff, before southend central.
You'll most probably be on the train going to shoeburyness, but if its the train to southen central, you'll already be on the side to meet dean.

I'll consider it, depending on the weather.
Out of curiosity BD, who is in your team?

stop with crews.
they are pointless and un-needed
train with mates, train with out them, it makes no difference, saying you are a parkour crew makes you sound "yobbish" - so to speak.
if you make a video, don't say you're a team, just say you're training, and say who it features.
teams = FTF

parkour teams are called lots of things. clans/teams/crews etc etc.
its all the same when it comes down to it, if you're a team, you're a crew.

there is a difference, a clan is geeky, a team is sporty and a crew is yobbish as you said

in parkour - teams and the others are the same thing.
a clan, a crew, a team.. they all are a group of people
parkour clan/crew/team - group of people who practice parkour.
