Yeah there are a few good spots but they get boring after a while, but now we look for roof jumps and air gaps really ;D

lol well actually befor i me and a few mates had a reli good idea hwta parkour was thats exactly whats we did walked aournd looking for things to jump off lol but we met a guy and he showed us vault and explained a few things to us. places can get abit repetertive i agree if you there all the time doing the same thing so just try and find new places or try to change the way to train on certain things (its not all about finding big stuff to jump off )

"(its not all about finding big stuff to jump off )" its not about it all. seriosuly man (not to you ry) you are the reason parkour is portrayed as it is. there are a few idiots out there, jumping rooves to rooves, when they are not strong enough. if anyone ever asks. DO NOT SAY PARKOUR. it is not parkour. we practice at ground level. also, parkour is not set movements. you can never do all the moves, because really, its your own method, if you do something efficiently, it doesn't need to be a move. also, names - Kongs are called CAT PASSES. this derives from the original term saut du chat. Cat leaps are called ARM JUMPS. Original meaning + collidance. (saut du bras) EDIT: sorry to be harsh. but, i want to get you around to the right mindset, and i've had enough of these wannabee traceurs who jump from rooves. Also, if you want to go and jump roof gaps, you can say goodbye to your knees. soon enough, it'll catch up, and you'll be crippled for life.
