iv recently bin having a bit of a kerfuffle with my left knee as sum of you may have already known. i has my doctors appointment today (09/01/08) and the verdict is...that iv damaged the tendon and damaged/torn sum of the ligaments iv bin advised to do very little physical activities and i can only walk short distances anyway other wise i start limping in pain 4-6 weeks of rest is what the doctor said and if it ain't better by the end of February then i gotta go back to have it checked again wish me luck - Dean

possibly from not warming up properly its silly how such Lil things can go a miss and bite u in the bum
But i think doing full squats with the heaviest i could manage didn't help either loll
on the plus side tho its not permanent

I wish you a speedy recovery dean... upper body for the win!
