Hey,
Im only just starting out in the free run world but ive been practising various techniques.
In greenwich (S.E London, Where im at) there seems to be alot of those things people chain bikes up to, i find it helps me to improve on my balance and accuracy running along them, i definatly need to train more but finding the guts to back flip and stuff comes hard for someone who isn't used to that kinda thing, to be able to do it would be a real achievement for me.
I think im gonna train in the park first before i hit the concrete, Anyone got any tips?

Hey
I walk through the shell centre on the south bank on my way home from work, and I train there occasionally.
I went down to the PK hotel jam a little while back, and was wondering if anyone is up 4 training down by the shell centre?

;D Hey All,
I'm pob - just seen the prog on Ch4 about 'Jump London' - looks pretty cool.
I live in Wimbledon (well, Colliers Wood) - anyone near who'd fancy just messing about with it? Like to give it a try - see if it's summat I'd like to take up?
Send me a msg!
