I'm from Hounslow too and very eager to give it a go. If any of you fancy a bit of Parkour in the Hounslow area let me know. Im 38 and a cool geezer (hope ageism doesnt come into it) and reckon i could bust any move that other beginners are doing. Cant think of any Hotspots off hand, anyone know a good location. I'll be going to the sunday jam at Tower Bridge come and chat, I'll be the one that looks 38.

Hi, Me and a couple of mates saw the Jump London a couple of years ago and were really interested. But we kinda lost interest cos we had no were to practise or learn.
We saw Jump Britian and now are really interested again.
Anyone no of a gym or sumfin in ealing (or near) that we could go to?
Thanks

I think something needs to be sorted out.
They showed gym days on Jump Britain as if they were a regular thing, but theres only ever been one or two. another site are thinking of running some, but those won't be for a while.
The only way to learn how to freerun is to go out and do it. Sure lots of emphasis is put on the danger of it, and it would be safer in a gym, but I doubt it would be half as good without the element of concentration you need to maintain on concrete.
Parkour was meant for the streets, not to be wrapped in cotton wool.

Heya people, I'm kinda late to the game, but like they say...
Better late than never, am I right?
The name's ryan, I'm 17 yrs old, and am pretty fit and athletic. Anyway, I live in Acton, right next to Acton Central actually, and I was wondering if you guys still meet up locally to practise. I'd like to give it a try, and will be 100% behind it. It something I really want to perfect. Not that its possible to, but you know...
Anyway, so a list of meetings that are happening this weekend would be much appreciated, as would a list of the serious PK'ers (beginners and experts) in the area and how to get in touch with them.
Thanks a lot, maybe see some of you soon.
