Hey, I only started a couple of days ago... I kept watching Jump London and Jump Britain SOOOO many times... I only didn't do Parkour because I was too young... Now I'm 13 I decided to give it a try... And the places I train are very fun , In my opinion, The best place to start training is in a subway / underpass, You have a variety of railings, steps, walls, and a few other interesting things. I just wanted to know if anyone here PKs near Hackney or anywhere in North East London.

RaizeN, Im also in Hackney, right by Clissold park where i will begin training at weekends, Esp'ly as the weather will start getting better now. Only thing is i'm 38, it aint a problem for me. I'm very fit and could do any moves with practice. I recently taught myself to backflip, doesnt look good yet but i can do it. I have experiance from freestyle wrestling where many of the warm-up moves are the same as in Parkour, rolling, flipping, jumping.
