Just shagged my ankle freerunning and it's locked up an injury from last summer. If i'm up for it I might swing by the jam anyway to say hi and chat and stuff, but don't count on it.

same. lol. i have hurt my back from front flips, no hands. i have perfected it, but at a cost. i am still going tomorrow, but there may be a limit to my abilities. lol

That is very bad to hear chima.Here at Parkour we encourage people to take life in a new way, and hope you will use your special abillities for good reasons in the future,However, in this circumstance you have made a great mistake, you knew that you were not qualified to do that maneuver, and there for it is your own fualt that you have injured yourself,this is very upsetting as you are giving parkour a bad name and will make other people dislike the sport. Sorry for your injurys but its you that must learn a lesson from this.

Sebastian Foucan is coming back to central london on the 12th of febuary 2005 to try and conquer and incredible 7foot downwards jump, he will be attending the jame with the rest of him main free running friends, the event will take place in alexander palace north london,cant wait,see you all there.

Sebastian was absoulutley amazing at alexander palace, he came with 7 of his friends and we free ran round the palace, it was amazing, then he stopped for a rest and allowed all of us other runners to show him what we could do, and he filmed it and now its gonna be aired in the next addition of jump britain which will come on in march, you all should have been there!!! ;D ;D ;D
