Hey all, hope things are going well. On May 18th i'd like to see people come down, train and enjoy themselves at London Southbank first then wherever next really lol. Its to celebrate my 21st birthday which is on the 19th, reason why i'm hosting it on the 18th is because more people are generally free on Sunday. Hope you can come if not i expect you to train wherever you are, much love and respect x

Chin ups with hands facing away you and push ups with your arms behind you on a stable chair or wall, both these exercises increase your triceps strength which are essential for climbing. Or you could sit down on a table or wall and use your arms to push yourself up and down.

Give yourself a massage is what i'll do. Or put ointment if you got any which should soothe your pain away.

I've been told to slap your hands down onto the floor, not too hard to break your hands but enough to transfer the shock of drop or fall.

If no bones are fractured, you could try to massage your foot.
