Hey mate, I agree 12 years old is not too young, any age is fine, that's the whole point of it. Unlike skating where you need to be of a certain skill level on a board, parkour is just doing whatever moves you're happy and cofident doing, and I reckon the more guys we get on board doing it here the better.
btw 4 steps on a vertical wall is very good, better than me anyway!
OK Guys, we need a date suggested for a meet-up, maybe half term cos im not sure what my weekends are like before then, maybe could squeeze in like the saturday after next but i dunno.

Hey just got back from another quick sesh round ross, me and a m8 are now pretty into parkour and hav decided to meet up once a week for a bit of running/parkour down here in ross, theres plenty of small good spots which in ross are pretty quiet and close together.
I can feel the improvements coming along already, looking to make a decent movie in a few months with some neat moves.
Does anyone know about sorting out a full gym session one day in Hereford or something, is it easy to get permission to use an open gym with mats?

Hey Steve unlucky bout the knee lol, I also had a fall yesterday trying to vault a 3 foot wide wall! I'm also meeting a mate tonight in ross for a bit of pk, anyone from ross who wants in let me know, but I'm guessing most here are from Hereford. Anyways, I'd love to get involved with the Hereford Times article except my parents don't like me getting involved in this so I'm trying to keep it on a low level. D'oh! However I am still interested so count me in for any info about interviews or anything Biomech, when I'm good enough I can convince my parents I can do this seriously. I wish I could make after school jams but not for getting to hereford, so next time there's a weekend one going I can go, or we could do a full-on big event at half term. Say on the Monday or something?

Hey does anyone know if theres a sports hall round near here that will let you hire out a sports hall for a while with mats so we can practice for real.
I've seen other leisure centres online that let you hire a sports hall, so you should be able to do that, we could hire one at half term and have some real practice.
I already just emailed the Larruperz Centre in Ross about the same thing but seeing as its not really a sports venue I doubt they will let me, but you never know as they already do stuff like karate there.
