Hey guys. I train with some people from Bristol and we are doing a charity event where we go through a load of towns and Maidstone is one of them. Can I get some info on where, when you meet etc. and if anyone is interested in helping out or joining us on our journey.
anyone looking for some freindly parkour in maidstone town centre. anyone between 12-15 years old. if your new to parkour we will be happy to help you out. There is more to getting started with Parkourthen running and jumping off buildings. The sport/art can be a great time, if you learn how to get started .
Parkour (sometimes abbreviated PK) is the non-competitive sport originating in France of traversing mainly urban landscapes by running, climbing and jumping. Participants run along a route, attempting to navigate obstacles in the most efficient way possible, using only their bodies.
