i'm slightly larger than the average. i used to play a lot of rugby and did weightlifting and kick boxing but i had an injury a few years ago playing rugby and was told to give it all up as my hand wouldn't cope with the strain. Parkour looks great for me but i know i'm gonna need to loose weight to do it. i want to know what foods i could be eating to help me to slight down whilst still maintaining muscular strengthening and power development.
please help as my flabby frame wont cope!

Diet with PK... you don't have to do much. Here's just the simple Reccomendations... if you actively engage in PK... your body will tell you how much you need to eat, and it will crave the foods that it needs.. but... if you want more than that... you need carbs. And you need a lot of them. Wheat bread... pasta... all that good stuff. Eat complex carbs after you finish PK... and before you go out... eat some white bread or drink a soda... simple carbs. Avoid fat. Calories don't matter so much... but try not to exceed 50 or 60 grams of fat a day.
