Hello all. same question as everyone here I bet. Does anyone know of any gyms in the Preston area? Im not best sure how to start and I think some indoor instruction might be best so that I dont kill myself in the process of doing crazy vaults and such. Seriously though, I'm really looking forward to starting. If no-one knows of a club, can any suggest some (safe) alternatives (e.g a good book with simple exercises and routines to follow) Cheers!
