im pretty sure i could lazy a car bonnet! but thats about as good as it gets, i can bairly monkey onto things let alone OVER things, i cant kong either i can cat leap now though scuffed my noo shoos

i can cat leap in the rite places but no where near me 2 really try it, only a couple of rails round my place

Yeah, its quite hard to find places to practice cat leaps, without having to leap off 2nd story buildings.

you have a wall on your house do you not? practise tik taks or wall spin! if you have a car, do lazys over the bonnet or practice your monkeys onto/over it it wont damage the car

i havent tried, at the mo im using Hi-tec bu they dont hav any grip so im out 2 by a better pair wen i hav the cash

i got myself some adidas good-year trainers, there really good for parkour as they have tuns of grip, the only downside is that they scuff easily as the grip doesnt go over the front of the trainer and theres no grip coming up over the arch of your foot, just under it so you cant do any thing with your foot on the side when on a pole

the only grip that appears to work on mine is a little on the inside and the tiny bit round the front of the shoe, i need sumthing combining these two really
