OK the castle mall entrance on the same floor as the ster century box office, with the churchyard next to it. There are loads of green railings and a big fire escape, a circular bench and big round tubs with plants in in the courtyard outside. hay guys theres a crew of 4 of use all 17 just started out in beccles and im ganna get use along to the parkour jam in norwich on the sun 23rd i have cam and can get hold of vid recorder so if ya want me to bring it along so we can get some stuff down on vid give me an email me at fattymarr(at)hotmail.com and will sort it out. l8ers fatty

Hey, im definately going, but would u advise wearing baggys as i have no idea what sort of moves the day will involve (p.s i am complete amateur) but if i never try ill never be good.

Hey, yeah I'll be wearing baggy combats and trainers. Freedom to move is pretty important when doing PK, also if you've got trainers with lots of grip they will help. Also it's absolutely fine if you just watch, because I'm sure when you see how easy and fun some of it is you'll want to join in Any other questions?

Hey I think if you're quite young etc. then maybe talk it through with your parents and ask them if you can come. If they are O.K with you attending then thats fine with me, I think as long as your responsible for keeping injury free then you should be fine. I'm guessing there won't be anything too demanding going on, just a lot of introductions and teaching/practising. Rory.

hey rory, found the forum on google ill turn up and give you some support, just need to buy myself some new trainers and some gloves (fingerless ) though the ones i have at the moment are a bit crappy, there falling appart n e ways, ive been trying things so i should be a little better now know for a fact i wont be the best there but also from reading through this i wont be the worst p.s. hows you doin rory?
