not really, but if you are quite young please please PLEASE inform your parents that your coming to join in and tlel them what it is, if your parents dont want you doing it then if you do come and injure urself we dont really need to get the blame for hurting you we do have peolpe about the age of 13 and 14 coming so if your in that age group there will be some one your age to pick on dont just pick on us oldies

Yeah, tbh, it was hard to keep track of all the lil'in's that were about on sunday, especially when they were so insistant on getting themselves killed by leaping into cars, too-high railings that even we couldnt get over, etc.

You should try to come to some of our jams (usually Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings). We can show you a few good spots, and once you get in the right frame of mind it gets a lot easier to spot places with potential. A good place to start is in the moat, in the Norwich Castle Museum gardens. There are some nice steps, rails, walls, jumps and some concrete seats you can use. Plus that's where we're likely to meet. If you need more details, you can always go to www.norwich-parkour.com. Whereabouts out of Norwich do you live? There may be someone who lives close to you who you can get in contact with.
