hey guys, I know nutstiltheend. he got me into it (lol i'm better than him haha_ anyway does anyone know when the next jam is?

Jams are pretty regular, Thursday at around 1pm, and Sundays at 11am or thereabouts. We meet in the moat, in the Norwich Castle gardens.

You should turn up sometime. And drag nutstilltheend along with you.

i wouldnt call them jams, ide call them practise sessions

the next jam should be soon hopfully, no idea when though as organisation around here is hard come by, but on thursdays and sundays we do try get as many people to come to them just so we get to know people and its a chance to teach people some stuff and help them along in the practice of parkour \o/your more than welcome to join us on those days, as lukman said...

thursdays - 1/2pm(depending when you can be bumd to come in) - the moat
sundays - 11am - the moat

hey snotty, u should try slipping off a rail TWICE it aint funny. iv got some confidence back and failure on the glove front they dont have any in stock atm
