hey guys, i watched jump london, jump britain & the making of jump britain, its bloody amazing, i'd like to start properly, i've been jumping around the place for 1 or 2 weeks now, i'm very interested because parkour fills a void that boxing & martial arts can not, hit me back at: AK47_Jesus(at)msn.com, Thnx Guys, Moore[glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow]

hi everyone, there's plenty of good spots in newcastle, was out yesterday for the first time, and am in serious pain today! there's some details of good places on: kiell.com/hotspots/or just search for 'parkour hotspots' on google. as for people meeting up and doing it in groups, this is good from the point of view of encouraging others, but just going off by yourself has a lot to recommend it. you don't worry about other people watching you, and can concentrate on what you're doing!
