hi,
im also new pretty much like everyone else on this thread. i live in Ruddington about 20 mins from the town centre by car and 45 by bus. i also watched Jump Britain last night and i thought it was amazing! im 16, and Parkour is something thats always interested me, well not when i was little cos i didn't know at the time what it was. i was just a kid jumping off things and running and climbing at walls ect... but my mum told me to stop it cos one day i sliped off a pole and really hurt myself. But i'd really love to get back into the sport, i just need to know some basics on safety and any tips. sorry long reply, but please reply to me i would love to hear from someone. thanks!

this is what i think new people should do, i am new myself and this is how i have started off, if there is a local park you can visit, go there and practice little thing and slowly move on to bigger things by building up your confidence
regards moe ;D
