I live in Smallthorne, Stoke but I am in Burton quite often as i study at the college. Climbing that spade sounds like fun and maybe jumping around abit on the high st. Someone let me know if any of you guys are meeting up either in Stoke or Burton

;D ;D this mssage mainly goes out 2 "PuckaFanda" nd "Psyklax " yea i recon we should all meet up at sum point nd i luv the idea of climbing the big spade "lol" , burton does seem like a good place to hav a jam, at the mo my legs r a bit battered from falling over while seriously drunk but i am on the mend, ps: if every1 on this site has msn then it will be alot easyier to talk nd arrange things cus we r all kind of local to each other we got a pretty good group goin lets take it further.

I've been able to run across walls and up them for a while, not great at it but after seeing the latest in the jump series i've got renewed interest Stoke-On-Trent Burslem, I'm thinking of suggesting a freerunning class at the local gymnastics centre, to learn those wall flips (i saw a clip of someone breaking their neck doing it, made me thing twice about wrecklessness). anyway all i need to do now is find a good place to practice then i'm prepared to meet up with other people who are interested in the area. as far as i know free running has taken off quite well since it's humble beginings, however it's still relatively unpracticed, if it takes off too quick it will probably fade back into darkness (loose popularity) but for a sport with very few rules and no particular way or place to go about it its taken off very well all thats needed now is a film entitles "free runners" that should blast it into the world just great. maybe it will become an oylimpic event or something ? ? anyhow thats the end of my enthusiastic ramble its about time i went off to aquire moderate skills. any area's people know that are great for free running post them on this board

My God!!!! i didnt realise how dangerous free running can be, last nite i fell off a bench nd landed on my hed almost snapped my nek plus bashed my leg on the way down. Also i made my shoulder go crack while diving over a green box thing, but hey it was fun neway.

I think the best thing we can do is arrange an indoor session somewhere, hopefully get a few experienced people there...(VZ) maybe keele uni, or a gym somewhere..
