Hay yer we live in bury, theres 3 of us who do it 16,18 and 19. only bin doing it on off for year or so but now getting in to it big time, not very good but we r fearless and will try ne thing. What areas in bury you pull off ya parkour skills? we have mainly done it round the muiltystory car park and stairs leading in to town. And a little round our estate (westley).

I am a wing chun kung fu instructor in bury st edmands and am looking to start parkour training..our philosophy is similar in the fact that we are fearless in our approach and move around obstacles.ie;attacks...im also an ex royal marine and will give anything a go! paulblissett(at)yahoo.co.uk

Currently out of RM training, nursing an injury for the last year and getting stronger so I can start training afresh this April/May (just passed my initial re-join fitness test), civvy docs seemed to have got the right idea and fixed it.
Been doing basic freerunning for a few months now, going slow as my injurys healed. Would like to find a gymnastics area where I can train near Bury, i've heard of a few places.
Would like to speak to you though Paul, been doing various martial arts for year and half now, and wing chun kung fu has intrested me.

hi my names andy im eager too get into this free running(parkour)but reading up i think it would b better for me to join u because u sound like you have some edge about u and i might learn some cool skills tryed it in leeds but with kids about 15 16 but im 25.( prefferably around my age), i live in bury st edmunds like a risk

Message for thumpersrevenge ...my wing chun class is on a sunday at the self centre bse at 4pm you are welcome to attend at any time £5 per week to begin with...havent got into parkour yet but still love watching it!
I am also in the process of returning to RM training, have prmc in 2 weeks time, but should i go for it my class will still be covered by another instructor...so come along if your still about
