Try getting to stowmarket, there are various classes there and its not very far from bury. Classes and gym sessions have been up and running in the stowmarket area since early 2007 plus the town of stowmarket is actually really awesome to train in as it offers a bit of everything as well as some huge jumps. for more info email pk-freerunning_stow(at)hotmail.co.uk. otherwise go to www.parkoursuffolk.co.uk.

dude I have like only just seen parkour/free-running in person and it looks immense and i wanna get right into it anyone know off any clubs IN bury or just outside (can not get that far outside tho)... or any good places i mean me and a few friends went to the abbey but that is about it I , live in horringer so it kinnda sucks for parkour, anyway thanks

hi I'm jonny i live just of bury town centre I'm 14 and have been doing Parkour for 2 years and also know about 8 other people who have been doing Parkour longer than me

Hi guys just to let you know there are 'freestyle' sessions (parkour, freerunning, tricking etc) at Bury Spectrum Gymnastics Club on Tuesday evenings (10 -14 yrs) and Thursday evenings (14+)
These are very new and open to anyone, just show up and pay as you go...first sessions are £3.

Hi, I've moved to Bury St Edmunds, there's no one to train with CAN SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO FIND PEOPLE IN THE BURY COMMUNITY TO TRAIN WITH.
