Recently I was sitting at my computer, bored as hell and I badly wanted to do some Parkour. Problem was that I thought my area was crap for Parkour. Turns out.....I was wrong!! I live on the edge of of Beddington park and I found out that it is the BEST training place for precision jumps. I did precisions into trees, over rivers and off walkways. It was awsome. I also found an awsome cat-leap wall. If ya live near I can show you the points.

Yeah Beddington Park's pretty good. Next time you're there, try getting on to the roof of the cafe by the kiddie playground. I reckon it can be done by climbing one of the trees round the back, would have tried myself but had the girlfriend with me (she hates me doing PK). If you make it up there, try to find a little yellow frisbee that I lost up there. It's my dog's favourite toy. - Prozac.

Yh, Beddington is pretty awesome some cool preicions going down there, and you can jump rivers and stuff. Dunno bout getting on that roof though, if ya get up ya cant really do much just a roof guess u can jump off but then again wont look briliant. Cool idea though, i am gonna keep looking aroung the whole park see if i can find anything else. If ya find anything cool, be cool to let me know. [shadow=red,left,300]Cheers[/shadow]
