yh gloves r good for the more jaged walls but i heard that is better if you let your skin toughen up on its own coz then you have the option of not wearing gloves plus itll save you £££ i mean i dnt wear gloves and the worst iv got so far are jus sum lil cuts, but hey i cud be wrong

To be honest, gloves are for girl thingys. Let your hands callouse and toughen up you pansies. In Parkour you need to be prepared for any situation, so don't tell me you're ALWAYS going to have smooth surfaces and gloves in an emergency situation.

don't wear gloves during training.
the skin on your hand adapts to the surface, and soon you form hard skin, and will not cut as easily.
alot of the time they make your training worse.
just go train with no gloves on. on your first training day (without) you come back with beaten & bloody hands, and its amazing. after that, it'll lower and lower, untill you get tough skin and calluses. then you can really feel your environment and not get cut.
