Me and a coupla friends have been doing something resembling parkour for a while now and only recently found it to be a serious thing. I am a bit of a beginner at it and am currently just trying to gain confidence and master various types of vaults.
Just wondering if there are any other like-minded individuals in this area who have any good lines, gaps etc... I have a few to share if anyones interested.

Oddly, I was just doing Parkour in Leamington Spa today. The best spot we could find was the stuff in St. Victoria's park. It's good for beginners, but an experienced traceur may find it a little dull and simple. The half-pipe rails are good, as are the step sets and bandstand. The tougher stuff is in Jefferson Gardens, where there are big fences and bigger drops. Just bear in mind that there are a lot of people around there, but general people in Leam are suprisingly endeared to Parkour. They seem to find it strange and enigmatic, but also very cool. I'm sessioning Rugby tomorrow, I'll give you the lowdown then.

Hey I'm interested in taking up parkour. Living in rugby at moment - i used to do a bit of gymnastics- and a bit of freelance roof running - would like to meet up with anyone similarly interested.

Hey. I'm looking to get into parkour, but I don't know anyone who does it or anywhere local as i've only recently moved to the area. I'm 21, so i guess some would think i'm probably a bit old to start running around up walls and stuff, but i'm well up for it. I'd do it on me own but i'd look like a right plonker trying to teach myself to roll right... Anyway, anyone willing to let me tag along? I don't mind travelling a bit.

hi there I'm mates with "Concept" and from Warwick. Me and and another friend ride bike trials which is pretty simular to Parkour except on bikes. We dabble in it a bit and we will soon have a sepperate link from our website www.bungalow-bikes.co.uk to some Parkour stuff. If anyone is interested we could arrange a time for any1 to meet up, if we can get any fim or pics for the site then all the better (as we're not exactly brilliant!) Let me know if anyone might be up for it.
