Deanzo, how bout you stfu man. I'll have ya know I go free running more than most. I go out with my mates loads, if we see something that looks fun we just do it.
Actually, today I done a smallish gap jump (about 4/5ft wide from a half falling down railing to a support beam about 25/30 foot up and I'm f***ing proud of what I do.
Don't criticise me, what do you do, jump from a cerb to the pavement?!
Look, all I'm saying is don't judge someone before you know them k?
Free running is all about getting out with you mates and having a good time.
Maybe you should come over here and show us some stuff, then maybe I'll have a little more respect for you. Untill then though, to me, your just some stupid little kid who acts tough over the computer a.k.a. a loser.
OH, p.s., happy free running!
OH, and to the question from the last guy who posted, no I'm not a pro, I don't really know what I'm doing. I just have fun and get out as often as possible.
But your more than welcome to come over here and join my crew for a seshion n e time. ;D

I've kinda arrived a little late on all of this, and after 8 pages of skimming I think I can get the jist of most of what has been discussed.
So there are two main crews from what I have seen, the FROG's and FWS. Keep me right by all means. Where the FROG's are based have slipped my mind, so if you could let me know. And FWS are in Kelso.
I'm based in Kelso, and I'm 17, and I believe I have met one of the members of FMW. I'm terrible with names though, but we met for like the second time just over a week ago at the coldstream gig. Name's Michael, the Artist Dude if that helps.
I'm generally new to PK, but have some skills necessary to pull off some of the more basic moves. You seen a taster of my stuff in the dark before the gig.
I also noticed mentioning of competitions, I don't understand that. Doesn't that go against the fundamental philosophies of parkour. In that you should try to get better but not be the best.
Heh, Danieal Wolf huh.. you made me chuckle in that you would give up smoking to learn this.
