Hey, I wouldn't mind getting into that after watching 'jump britain', and was wondering if anyone near kirkcaldy would be intrested.

Think last nights programme has sparked off a lot of interest. I'm in the kirkcaldy area and keen to start but am worried I'm not fit enough. Always used to do lots of sport but not so much recently. Also worried at 22 i'm going to be a bit older than everyone else who's starting. Would be great to hear from anyone in kirkcaldy area who's keen to try and doesn't mind an old geezer tagging along Later Griz

Hi, my name's Taz. After watching Jump Britain last night, I'm really interested in starting PK. But i don't have a clue where to begin! I did gymnastics for years but I don't know if thet will be of any help. Also, I'm a 15 year old girl. Do you think that would pose any problems for me? If anyone has any information or tips for me, could you please leave a message on this board for me? It would be very much appreciated! Cheers, Taz

Hi. Im Martin (most folk call me Ding) from Dunfermline. Im totally interested in trying Parkour but I have no idea where to begin. Im not exactly the most athletic guy either. I used to play American Football but I aint done that in a couple of years. Can anyone help me out or give me a few ideas on how to start out?
You can email me on Martin240785(at)aol.com or just leave me a message on here.
Thanks

Yeah i wanna totally get into it, cos last nite i sat and watched the telly thinkin, f***in brilliant. I think bev park and places like that would be alrite for it, suppose we need to learn how to dae it first like, it would be ace to get a group set, the sooner the better in my eyes!
