Actually on that subject: is the gym open to us on this coming wednesday? 'cause it would mean for me the only opportunity in my year to meet you that once.

Hi Thomas,
listen: your E-Mail Address is not working!!! I cannot sent you any messages. It always shows me an error. About my accomodation: I am going to stay in my old room (Brae Cottage) from the 30th March. The fist two days are still unsure, but I am going to arrange it with Heather.
So it means, I just pack my parkour stuff and lets gooooo.....
Thank you Thomas.
Alleluja! Allelujia! Alelujia! AMEN, truly: The Lord God Almighty Reigns! Alleluja! Allelujia! Alelujia! The sun breaks through the night and the sky is heavenly blue. The snow is gone and the brightness shines in every corner, which was dark before. Every thing is ALIVE! AMEN HAPPY EASTER
See you next week Patrick

Hiya, Look what I have found. Very interesting. I might join them. I have to be in Glasgow that day anyway. But it is not sure yet that I am attending it. Have a look: Hey guys. We've decided to organise a workshop day in Glasgow using all of the Glasgow Parkour Coaching coaches and apprentices to allow us to share our knowlege with communities all over Scotland. We plan to run a regimented workshop at Rottenrow, with a view to it being a really really big and busy day. I've just launched my Parkour Coaching group, and I would love all of you from everywhere in Scotland to come down and get a feel for how we teach(we've learned a huge amount from the Parkour Generations Guys in London), and hopefully you can take something away. The workshop will be open to anyone of any level - come along wether it's you're first day or you have been training for years. We will be designing a training programme to cater for everyone. It's also a great opportunity for everyone in scotland to build their communties' relationships. The workshop day will take place on Saturday 5 April Rottenrow Starting sharp at 11.30am. What we want to make really clear, is that this will be an extremely hard, regimented training day rather than a 'Jam.' The usual Jams are a great way to meet people and share ideas but we feel within a workshops atmosphere there will be a much larger amount of knowledge shared. I really hope we can make this a success. If you want more information on Glasgow Parkour Coaching - check out glasgowparkourcoaching.com Also check out the forums at glasgowparkour.co.uk for more details. Who's in? ?

Reply to the Glasgow meeting:
We could drive there all together by arranging a car and by putting the money together for the patrol, cause Glasgow is not around the corner. It'll be great. What's your opinion?
See you soon.

thomas we should have the gym this wednesday if u want 2 come down. il double check with john but from what i know we get it every week. so as long as its open to us u can come along and use it. I am also thinking of trying 2 arange for meetings like we did last summer. it was so great being out and training in such a large group. i enjoyed playing parkour tag and things like that. it was great for every1 and i think it would work even if we get new people into the sport. nothing better than fresh meat as for Patrik wanting to go to the Glasgow jam. i would love to but there is no way of me getting down there. even if we all shared a car i dont think i could get the money for the petrol. its a good idea tho and im sure that if you go down you will have alot of fun. Hope to see you everyone soon. Train hard and safe and il be in touch later. peave

Dear Thomas,
I have an accodomation from the 29th in Soarsa. BUT they could not arrange a room for the Friday for me. Everything quite complicated, as I expected!
Is there a place in your flat somewhere on the ground; it'll be fine. Sorry for making such troubles. Hopefully you are OK with that.
Please reply. liti.enger(at)freenet.de
See you Patrick

hey tomas, not sure if you have been doing your parkour in the mornings recently but if you have been would it be ok if i come and tag along. with the others going more into tricking and flips they are moving away from the side of parkour i enjoy the most "FLOW". I think that by training with you i will be able to learn more than just watching loads of people do flips. dont get me wrong flips are nice but they are more for showing off rather than just for the personal gain of fitness and enjoyment. well if you are still going out in the mornings please can you post some times up here so i can join you. thank you peave

Hiya,
I arrived in Inverness today. I am knackered, but tomorrow it'll be allright again, filled with parkour-energy. I''l be around doing parkour starting at the castle and then running around Inverness in the morning around 7am. And then afterwards sometime. I'd like to meet you lads, so tell me when you've got time for parkour.
Then I'd like to join you in the gym on Wednesday.
So see you soon.

Hi Guys, I'll possibly going out at 7.15 / 7.30 pm, to day from the castle, and as usual I'll be reached by mobile if you want to check where to join if passed the time of rendez-vous.
For Peave, I'm not too sure how 'early birds' program will be this year: I used to do it as far as my kids were asleep, now they wake up at 5 am sometimes, earlier!!! the reason why I have been reversing my outings since mid-last year. However who knows with Patrick around asking us to show a bit more stamina, you might well see me posting the eve of an early birds prog.
So As usual we keep checking the site for rendez-vous! Tomorrow I'm back to work, but usually if the weather is good I go for PK from 4.10pm in the ness islands for a wild intensive session, in general after 30mns I'm out of energy but the training is about endurance and performing with economy of movements, so it is just right.
See you, Thom-trinac
