PK today? Possibly this afternoon at the castle, and then it's running and practice around the town and parks. I'll confirm later on, but do not hesitate to post your requests. Forget it, bloody weather!

Hi Thomas, I arrived in Germnay on Sunday. I was so tired, but the spirit of Parkour forced me even in the evening after 40 h awake to make parkour. But anyway today I had a look around the university and it is amazing: I will sent you some pictures of my parkour-plaze. I have my first pupil an 10 year young gils saw me jumping and immediately she joind me and tried to imitate my jumps (unsuccesfully). She likes to koni me more oven. It that not great: Parkour in Mission . And something else: It is unbelievable but true: my university offers gymnastics withtrampoline. The first time it'll be on Thursday. Then I'll practive parkour in the gym. And around my university I already planned more then 3 times in a week parkouring. So it is going well. According to the Eurpean gathering in Sheffield: I signed in in the parkour.net, but I cannot reply to the messages and the texts. I want to know where it is and where we will sleep during the week of parkour. Could you help me? Greetings to you all lads. Triple P

tomorrow the 16th, another beautiful day with surfaces dry and grippy, a good condition for Parkour training. Any suggestions from some of you about when you would be available tomorrow? Anyway, I'll probably post something tomorrow.

this evening, I'll be out, possibly from 7.30pm, I'll need to confirm closely to this time, and from the castle.
OK I'll be out from very late from my perspective, so if you're interested keep your eyes open otherwise, send me a post or a text (07849 109 222)if you absolutely want to join
