Hi, I am back from my holidays. Thomas and me found cool features yesterday. We must use every opportunity to meet eachother, otherwise our meetings will end in excuses. Avoid excuses, as that is not only a bad habit, destroying the spirit of Parkour in INV, but also bad for our team-spirit. Prefere to do Parkour with others and you will find time fo you and parkour. It must go into you blood, mind and bones!
So, today is a good oportunity to meet, as long there are no examinations next week, hindering to use the time for parkour. But make a break and join us. The exactly time is not fixed yet. It might be that Thomas and Me will meet us again at the castle. Time coming soon around 11-12am I will sent an answere.
So see you soon.

So, as I promised. Here the time for parkour today:
2.30 -2.40 at the castle
Thomas and me will be there. We try to arrive at 2.30 pm. The first few minutes wi'll be at the castle then we will go down town. So join us and grow deeper in understanding of parkour. The weather is just EXCELLENCE!! Use the chance!!
See you later at the castle.

Thomas (trinacria) and me (Patrick) had the pleasure to do some parkour. We met Katerina. She seemed to be interested in Parkour. Hope she will join us and show her presence more often.
Hope see you soon, and hope that we can share our experiences and passion. I will not be on holidays for a while anymore. So the next time will be maybe on Wednesday or Friday; probably Friday. But I'll send you a message on Tuesday.
Thanks Thomas for the time in giving me a deeper sense and understanding of living parkour as a way of life. See you on Monday.

OK, early birds!!!from around 5.30am, at castle, 10mns of warming up and a sensible jam-race of 20mns in town. finishing with a glass of orange juice.
Your day may start like a rocket, and you would just wish you had no work to do the rest of it!!
If you are likely to come, you can contact me on my mobile on 07849 109 222, I'll look at my messages before run, or by replying on this topic. or You can just turn up anyway.

Hi guys, being an early bird is like a topedo afterwards during the day. Lot of streching and running included with jumping and landing and climbing you school your creativity and "fast-thinking", as you have not only to runn but do parkour.
Join us next time and awake your spirit and it will grow deeper and deeper untill becoming one with you.
See you soon guys.

I am out every morning for 5.30am, weather allowing. It is true sometimes I may feel weak and if no one has replied by the morning, I may not go if that's what my body is telling. Otherwise just assume I'm out : OK, early birds!!!from around 5.30am, at castle, 10mns of warming up and a sensible jam-race of 20mns in town. finishing with a glass of orange juice.Your day may start like a rocket, and you would just wish you had no work to do the rest of it!!
