Hi man,
That's very kind but I don't know if I'm worth a topic...
However, I'm still here but I put myself off sport the last 2-3 weeks for recovering from a sprain... due to PK??...... NO!, from my training for marathon?!, stupid to think about it, but my experience is I got more pains with marathon than with PK.
Today I started slowly running to test my shape, and it seems to hold well and I think I have recovered.
I have been checking every day the posts on this forum and I am delighted you go on meeting, I send you my encouragement for being good traceurs. Days to come are going to be full again for a week, and it isn't likely I'll be joining you yet. Even I'm training for the Baxter marathon in October, it doesn't put me off doing PK (although I do it without engaging too many risks). So you'll see my face soon enough.
Allez! Thanks again for asking, but I'm well and I hope you're all well too, keeping safe, and having good lifestyle + diet.
Best to you all. Thomas.
