I love the idea of parkour and always have...i have done such things on my own in a most amature style for some time now...b4 i new the existance of parkour but now know that it can be taken to a much greater level.

plz plz plz.

i need professional trainin or even a group inwhich to try out styles and skills would be great ........if so i live in the glasgow area....any help wud be fantastic thak you.
