Thanks for posting.. a great example of people learning the discipline incorrectly.. he obviously isn't strong enough and doesn't know the correct technique to execute the vault properly.
On the other hand every one starts somewhere. We all start at a level where many of us are not able to do simple vaults.
I wil live this here for a while to people to discuss.
