Hi,
I have read, somewhere in the forums, that there is a meet in Cardiff on Sunday afternoons, around 16:30 onwards, in the Cathays Civic buildings area.
I have yet to catch anyone at the right time so far.
Some feedback regarding where the most likely "move-on" places are would help.
I will also email you in case you don't read this in time! :-)
ciao

Yeh I'm really interested in doing it too! ;D I dont know anywhere in Cardiff where they do it, but is there/going to be a place where they teach you the basics and it doesn't matter what age you are? If so, where and when is it? Thanks! ;D

Are there any people that have experience in parkour. Alot of people over on cardiffparkour.tk are very young and new to the sport. No offence but i'm 23 and pking will a bunch of 14 yr olds may look dodgy
