Maybe the council could sort something out. Because if this explodes they are going to have alot of people roaming cardiff flipping off things. Could enquire into asking them if they could hold parkour classes in the afternoons at the cardiff youth club which i mentioned before is fully equiped for pk needs. Maybe on opposite days to the gymnastic sessions.

for those who are interested the gym thingys at the cardiff youth centre on ocean way (near the magic roundabout) on mondays, weds and fris from 7:30 onwards for £2.
iv also found a good place to practice rail work, catleaps, wall running and wall climbing. i duno the name of the road saint davids centre walk straight towards toys r us and carry on going straight in the direction of UCI (atlantic wharf) along a really long straight roud and on the left you should find a tunnel with stairs and rails on the other side. (the whole journey should take about 10 mins) be careful though don't go there alone at night etc cus its meant to be quite a rough place but in the day its usually deserted
im goin there with some mates tomorrow at about 12:00 so email me if you wana come at angelooz(at)dsl.pipex.com and i'll also be able get better directions including street names tomorrow as well

How old do you have to be to start Parkour? Not in the gym club you said, I know thats 15. I meant in other places or the new place they're considering.

Hey there in uni up in Bristol now but Cardiff is home and has some amazing spots for parkour, Cardiff Bay is a treat. Anyway im Ben, im 21 and have a few mates interested. Also if anyone fancies comin up to Bristol, there are some quality spots like UWE campus at Frenchay which is well quiet at the weekends. New to the discipline but already love it.

in allt-yr-un campus in newport there is an awesome place for pk, and theres a roof over so anybody wanting to do some pk for the winter.GET DOWN THERE. still looking to make a newport/cardiff crew. and i think that instead of just talking about it, lets do it. i'm preety sure that your all like me and want to go out and start running,pk is perfect for this.but we need to find somewhere central for us to train, cardiff or newport is fine, even have newport one week and cardiff the next.lets get some structure. my e-mails gronc200(at)hotmail.com, everybody who wants to start this drop me an e-mail titled "pk", i'll get numbers together and i'll give everyone info on potential places to train and pk. gareth
