Just been climbin the tallest mountain in Africa now im back on for some side flips n gainers...I train in Garstang with Nu-perspektiv. Anyways just wantef to figure this thing out lol...laters

Wow, well done for climbing the Mt ! hard work? anyway - welcome to ukpka ;D a question, where do you practice to do gainers and side flips, any advice from anyone while doing them ? ................................................

Do them when you feel ready i learnt all of mine on grass.

agreed, when you feel you have the technique down, the only thing you can do is get out there and throw a couple of attempts.

*cough* of course, doing this after being strong enough ;-) This is true but still even if you are mighty strong and you bail a gainer its still going to injure you.... Flips and acrobatics are 90% technique! Keep drilling them !

i mean that your muscles absorb more impact, so its less damage to the jointtt.
