i wasn't being aggressive...
at all.
BUT it is an important matter can seriously mess up your body landing poorly, as you can probably feel straight away

i use nike air tiempo and for me they are really good, i like thinner soles when i do parkour cos they allow for more movement, they are surprisingly grippy and very comfortable, the only bad thin is the plastic tick in the middle but i suppose the only time that matters is if you balance on a rail but then again it encourages you use the balls of your feet which is better, hi by the way.

I especially love the way they make me feel like I have blocks of foam between my feet and the rail.
2 weeks after returning to Feiyues / Fivefingers / sandals / barefoot, and I am already questioning why I should buy more kalenjis...

I've heard on another forum kalenji's are stopping production soon? i never got a pair . My faveorite shoe to train in is in this order: 1. Ariaki - There wasalot of bad reactions from traceurs about this shoe - when, in all honesty, it was preitty amazing, the grip was phenominal and i've had the shoe about a year and it's only just started to come apart like any old frequently used trainer would so i have replaced it recently with my number 2: 2. My current shoe : Adidas Supernova - a preitty good shoe, indeed the way it's put together isn'tr all that amazing, after 7 or 8 months of traning some of the bottom will more than likley fall off, but it's very comfortable to use and a good shoe. 3. Adidas Nova - just great.
