Has anybody tried those Weighted vests? cuz im thinking of getting one and i would like to know how effective they are!!

i hear they're good,
not for training in though.
i just use a bag that i load up with weights sometimes, but thats pretty dangerous for your back,
so yeah, they're better there.
its all whether you think you'll use it/put it to good use

yeah
i don't like them
the grip is lost quite quickly
they gather dust
they slip in the rain
they fall apart easily.
they're more for looknig at than training really

Try getting a total gym  They use your own weight to train pretty much all your body except stamina would be need to be done elsewhere, I'm quite skinny and my biceps would just flop and it didn't look to good, I started to use my Dad's total gym and now they don't flop and I've only been doing it 3 times a week, I also feel alot stronger and it won't stunt your growth like weights! as far as shoes go I have just finished wearing in my k swiss si 18s and they are going really really well. I've heard bad things about the k swiss parkour shoes but the si 18s seem to be perfect
