Hey guys im an noob to the whole parkour freerunning thing and i was wondering if there was anybody about the perthshire area that was into parkour because me and my m8 would really like to train with people that share the same love! and also what type of excersice what you recomend doing? cos i have been doing pressups, situps pullups etc. thnx guys x

I was thinking his question myself after shimmying (spelling?) across the ledge of the subway not too far from my house, after doing so, I think pull ups will help drastically as you will be lifting yourself up in many situations, and maybe lifting weights o.0
