Canterbury, I've lived here all my life. So one day I get this image in my head that i'm gonna do parkour, I mess around for about a year and say it's parkour. Now I'm starting to take it seriously and understand the lifestyle of a Traceur, and then it happens! Suddenly all the traceurs in Canterbury dissappear! As far as I know now, parkour is a as good as dead in Canterbury. So this is a last try to see if things are still going. If anybody in Canterbury or the surrounding area does parkour then could you share some tips and give some advice.

Parkour in Canterbury is far from dead, there are many experienced people practicing.
Head along to the Body & Mind Health & Fitness Club on a Monday night, theres a class running with Bpca qualified coaches teaching over 16s 19:30-21:30 under 16s 17:30 -19:00. Over 16s class cost is £7 but the first one is discounted. Come along and you'll learn as well as meeting loads of people training in the area.
