once or twice a week but conditioning daily when I can but too busy doing college stuff.

In terms of Hamlet, not to be as he should of died instead of a 4 hour epic of cowardice and feigned insanity. But in my case to be as life is better living it to the max.
Would you see your 80 year old chain smoking granny on a surprise trip when she hasnt seen you for 16 years, in case it would give her a heart attack?
