Hey i just wanted to know any tips or how i can train for a backwards flip, i can do it so i land on my knees but i just cant get that full turn, i have videos of me doing this, exept im on my laptop atm and havnt got the right programs, so i will add the video in a few days, i think my main problem is tucking in my knees to rotate fast enough, but i will let u judge my problem when the video is up.

without seeing the video i think its probably a height issue, when you jump up, wait an extra half-second before you tuck.

Throw your arms up jump up focus foward. When you reach the max height of your jump bring your legs up hard into your chest. Tuck your shins not your knees allowing you to get a tighter tuck therefore making the rotation faster. Spot the ground come out of tuck, absorb impact.
Have fun... If you want a video add me on msn.

arms help so much - its really is shocking how much more length or height or rotarion they give - for example - jump from spot to spot - try it out with arms then without you will know what i mean
