Hey, I'm Loz, i'm 15 and live in Trowbridge. I'm a complete newbie to parkour, (I spent this morning PK rolling around my garden ;D) but it's something I want to get into more. So, erm, yeah, hi.

Hey, Im a newb tonight from Chippenham... The whole thing about free-running and parkour is you can do it anywhere, just start with kerbs and walls - you'll be amazed what you will find

Hey, (I'm Miller, I posted up there ^^^) Iwent out into my back garden and found quite a few things I can do just there. I can run up walls quite well, but wall running horizontally is a lot harder. I keep slipping off the wall. I've been working on my presicion jumping as well. It's a shame there seems to be little interest in PK around my area, I could do with some ppl to free run with and help me.

I'm 21, from Salisbury and I practice P.K I think that everywhere is a 'good place' You just need to let your feet take you places, let your mind make the routs - Keep it up
