heyyyyy my namez emeline i read bout parkour like agezzzzzzzz ago about a year ago but i forgot wat it waz called n everytin !! n i woz sooooooo happy to find it on tv last nite !!!! n i realyyyyy wanna do it , im only 14 too , but i honestly dnt tink it mattaz . im hopin they do a gym were we can do it. cuz ive tryed to do a forward flip before but i hurt myself n id rather practise in a gym. az nebody got ne ideas were ? plz w/b ;D TEXT
me and my 3 mates went out and tryd sum pk 2day, we can alredy do sum catjumps and sum leaps and one of my mates jarrad is a legend woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooop hes like blinging. we are looking 4 sum gud gyms around corsham or chippenham, and maybe sum 14 or 15 year old begginers near chippenham. www.esprit-gymnastics.co.uk is the website for the gym in swindon. its part of the oi centre, so not far from the town centre by car. their website doesnt show their facilities at all - all the pictures were taken before they had their own proper facilities, they now have a very nice gym
word of warning - the gym instructors there are quite strict, and you will only really be able to do proper gymnastics moves. that said, these movements will help with parkour, with your general fitness, and will improve your muscles for the qualities that parkour needs (flexibility, strength and elasticity)
