The best way to learn the sport is get out there and practice on the many pieces of equipment in everyday life. for instance Warminster has an amazing array of parkour equipment on its streets. just look in the town park. Parkour is down to the individual i think you need to learn your own style and find your own movement across the land. I dont know of any free runners in Warminster or area but would also like to meeet some.
