I'm Farly new and need help i Have problems I'm my jeans going all tight when i run jump high walls and even during the small stuff like vaulting benches , and my trainers have no grip . a t shirt is good but a have trobble with hands ya know blisters burns , it dosent stop me but does it get better or are sport gloves a good envestment obviusly if my hands el get better id rather deal with the pain but... you got anny advice plz let me know by emale or a reply thx

when i do parkour with my friends, we tend to wear baggy cotten tracksuit bottoms and any general pullover nuts or vest tank top. as for trains, i tend to use skate shoes. if you head over to the another site site, you can get an idea of what everyone seems to wear. i tend not to wear gloves becuase i find they tend to make your grip worse.
watch videos on youtube of other people doing parkour, and then you will get an idea of what people wear

I agree gloves make your grip worse and as for shoes nike darts are good I have a pair of adidas kanadia they have insane grip but are a bit heavy and another site recently did a review on 'asics patriot' and they gave it a overall 4/5. I wear baggy cotten tracksuit bottoms when i train aswell
