Hello. My name is James and I am doing a research project on Parkour and Free Running. I want to find out what it involves, how it works and how it started. I was wondering if you could answer the following questions please. It would really help a lot as I need to survey someone but don’t know anyone.
1. What got you interested in Parkour/Free Running? 2. Do you practise in groups or on your own? If on your own do you prefer it that way? 3. Where do you normally practise Parkour /Free Running? 4. How long have you been doing Parkour/Free Running? 5. What is your favourite thing about Parkour/Free Running? 6. What are the dangers? 7. What was your worst accident so far? 8. What motivates you? 9. What is the difference between Parkour and Free Running? 10. Is there many competitions for Parkour/Free Running?
Thank You to everyone who commented, James

1. youtube videos and games like assassins creed and mirrors edge and my cousin. 2. in a group but sometimes i train by my self. 3. in the city center. 4. almost 1 year. 5. the Parkour community/the people i train with 6. getting in trouble with police or security, getting injured and VERY VERY UNLIKELY death. 7. i did a wall run and tried to grab the ledge and i missed and cut all my right leg and my arm but this injury did not effect my training i just stopped the bleeding and waited 5 minutes and then carried on training again. 8. people like daniel ilabaca and the people i train with. 9.there is a difference between them but they are basically the same just leave it a that. 10. i think competitions in parkour are wrong and im not the only one; groups like uf have lost alot of respect because of competitions
