Im in two minds about gloves for parkour, on one hand i have always wore gloves for work and what not and im probably more comfortable in them than not. But on the other hand (mind the pun) i think it almost goes against the whole "freedom" factor that sems to be the very essence of parkour.
Opinions please?

you don't need gloves for parkour because your hands will get cut when you first start but as you keep training your hands will get conditioned and then even glass couldn't cut them. Also if you do buy gloves for parkour they wouldn't las very long and you will be missing out on the feel of your hands as they grip the side of a building and if you are doing parkour your hand have much better grip without gloves; you don't see rock climber wearing gloves do you?

I wear gloves, even though I've been told that I don't need them.
