As the last message was quite a while ago, I think I'll try n reopen this thread. I'm looking for other following traceurs, runners, parkour enthusiasts to start training with. It doesn't matter on the level of experience you have but just the willingness to have a go. I have done freerunning/parkour for a number of years gaining tonnes of experience but over the last couple of years I've had a bit of a break. If your interested and in or near the location of hastings then if love to hear from you. My experience of freerunning to me has been such a great experience and I've loved every minute doing it and all you need is a bit of energy and some semi decent pair of running shoes. Tricks can be taught and if your still unsure, there are safe places to learn within a padded environment ( unfortunately this does cost a small fee for entry but it's good for getting over the basic fears and learning to progress in a safe environment). I'm not an official trainer but I'm always happy to give pointers. But if u've already got experience and just wanna go for a run, don't hesitate and send me a message. Sitting on your butt is just boring and you know it is. Take care. Ben
