Long time weight trainer - older guy- a few injuries - looking for a way forward - nobody knows how to fall down any more. Appreciate an invitation from you young guys out there or what about you older guys (and gals)

Im up for as much training as possible!!! As far as falling down goes, i practice Ju-Jitsu, so the "floor is my friend" so to speak. Email me with times, places etc, and i see what can be done on meeting up, already looks like there could be quite a crew in the West Yorkshire area. eviljawdy(at)gmail.com

Hi,
I have been interested in Parkour since I watched Jump London last year some time. Am 27 and very slightly out of shape. Yerars of Martial Arts training has given me an insight into my abilities and would love to meet up for training etc with anyone in Leeds. Living in Rothwell, south Leeds at the moment.
Mail me at lloydgkendrick(at)hotmail.com
Cheers
